Family Photo ListTry it free

For wedding photographers

Family formals, planned. Never miss a family shot again.

Know which one is Uncle Joe before you get to the church. Couples fill in their family list with faces, you see who’s finished and who needs a nudge, and on the day you call the formals from your phone, even with no signal.

The ten minutes that make or break it

Forty relatives on a gravel path. A gran who needs to sit down. Two people who haven’t spoken since 2019. A list on your phone that says “Uncle Joe (the tall one)”.

The family formals are the photos couples frame for their parents, and the first thing they notice when someone is missing. Family Photo List turns them from crowd control into a calm, called list.

What your couples will feel

The film couples see when they plan their family photos.

Got it

See who hasn’t started

Invite each couple and watch their list fill in: not started, in progress, ready. No more “did you get a chance to do the family list?” emails.

One-tap nudges

A friendly reminder with their link, already written, with the days left until the wedding. Paste it into an email or WhatsApp.

Faces, not just names

Couples add a photo of anyone you’d struggle to pick out. Your second shooter will thank you.

Works with no signal

Open a brief once and it’s saved on your phone. Caller mode still works in a stone church with zero bars.

Family politics, flagged early

Divorced parents, step-families, someone who needs a chair. Flagged on the exact shot where it matters.

Missing someone? Do it later

One tap moves a shot to the end. It keeps track, so nobody slips through.

On the way

The whole day, on iPhone and Apple Watch.

Timeline, venues with directions, golden hour, and a tap on your wrist ten minutes before speeches. Early photographers decide what we build first.

Questions

Do my couples need to download anything?+

No. They get a link that works on any phone or laptop. No account, no password.

Does it replace my CRM?+

No, and it doesn’t try to. Keep HoneyBook, Dubsado or whatever you use for contracts and invoices. Family Photo List handles the part they don’t: the family photos on the day.

What if I already have a questionnaire?+

Keep it. Swap your family-photos question for your Family Photo List link. Couples who’ve already answered can paste their list in and it gets sorted out for them.

Who can see a couple’s family list?+

You, and anyone the couple or you share the private link with. Lists aren’t public, aren’t indexed and aren’t used for anything else.

What happens after my 3 free couples?+

When your fourth couple arrives, you’ll be asked to subscribe at €190 a year to open their list. Your first three stay free.

A couple already sent me their list. Can I add it?+

Yes. Open the link they sent you and tap “Save to my dashboard”. It counts as one of your couples.

Where is couples’ data kept?+

Lists are stored privately on Cloudflare’s network and are only visible to people with the private link. Couples or photographers can ask us to delete a list at any time.
